I have a MegaMaxII muffler and was wondering, what the best header pipe would be for me and if it would be a noticeable difference.. :huh

It would be the FMF Powerbomb Header.

What are you looking for,,bottom or top end. the powerbomb would be a good pipe for adding to the bottom and lowering noise levels when the WB or Yosh headers are better for more mid-top gain!!!

Keep in mind if you don't plan on doing alot of motor work, the head pipe is just a waste of money.

powerbong...:D you will notice a difference even if you don't have motor work,,,but maybe it'll give you a reason ta go bigger on the bore..

At the FMF website they show the Megamax II being used with the high flow head pipe. I'm guessing because the Megamax is creating the backpressure instead of the chamber in the powerbong. I would imagine they would want to advertise the set up that makes the most horsepower, unless they're idiots. I do see some modified bikes using the stock headpipe (chris29). You would probably be better off spending $200 elsewhere on the motor.:p

Tom Carlson says the stock header is the best header for torque. He is also the one who built Chris29's bike. In most racing applications, torque is more important than horsepower anyway!!!
