i saw one on ebay for sale. it says to make an 8% power increase in an 400ex because after battery is fully charged it re-directs the power to magnito. is this bull or will it be worth it for $74.00

If you want lots of info, do a search. You can find out exactly how an why they work.

But in reality, I think 8% is REALLY optimistic. In reality, I think you would be lucky if you saw 1hp increase. In my opinion, it's bull.

yes, do a search. i am thinking big gun claimed to get 0.7 horsepower out of them on average. i doubt you could feel that.
