whip mount tab

hello all,first post.My whip mount tab broke off and I want to get it welded back on.Anything special about these frames that I couldn't take it somewhere and just have them weld it back on?

Nope. the Frame is made of mild steel. Any good MiG, Tig welder should be able to weld it right back on.
