FMF Powercore 4

Hello all, I just got an FMF powercore 4 full system, K&N, Dynojet kit and rev box for my wifes 300EX. I am wondering where to start with the jetting. Just one size up on the pilot and the main? How about the needle? My elevation is 600' here in Georgia. Any help would be gratly appreciated.
