I don't understand what you mean when you say lose power. They weigh more if it's a 6 ply tire, but that's it. Plus they are stronger. I have the Kenda Klaws XCR and they are a great tire.

Your not gonna lose any power no matter what kind of tire you get. If you're talking about different sizes then 22 inch tires will make you lose a little torque on the bottom end. I would go with some 20 inch razr's or klaws (6 ply for both). You won't lose power when it comes to the ply of the tire, just the size. If you did go with a 22, then you can just go up to teeth on the rear sprocket to compensate. Either way you go, good luck.
