Help quicksilver carb-400ex

anyone got one. i just put it on last night but wating for today to run it. i got it all installed but cant figure out what the side lever is for? it has a hole in ot that looks like something for linkage but no linkage goes to it. thanks.

Thats the choke. Its not any type of linkage. I think the 6 and 12 o'clock postions are choke, if I remeber right?
