250r stator

I have always had a four stroke, one trx250r. When i had the r i bought a stator for it, it did not com with wires. Do all the new stators come with wires or not? I know this was new when i bought it, but it's been many years ago. Thanks

The stator should come with wires and an ignition trigger pickup attached.

does anybody know if atc 1985 stator and pick up coil could cause my 1989 trx 250r to run bad seems it doesn't have much power for a 250r plus it's ported to or do i need to put my trx stator and coil back in will 1985 fywheel work with 1989 stator and coil the 1985 fywheel is lighter isn't it
