loose A-arm

My 450R developed some front to back movement in the left lower A-arm.It didn't get worse so I let it go for two or three 25 to 30 mile rides.Pulled the arm off expecting to find at least something broken or missing but I did not.Got a new bearing set with new collars and seals and expected eveything to be all tight again.NOT!!! Acts as if the area between the snap rings is wider than the bearing letting it move slightly back and forth. This is goofy,the rest of the A-arms don't do this. Anything to worry about? My guess is a faulty A-arm.

id try taking it in and see if the dealer can get you a new arm:(

I saw another like that, same thing, it went in the trash anyway since he put long travles on.

I think you are right.My dealer has always been reasonable in the past,TIGHT AS ALL HECK,but reasonable.
