man i had fun today

today we got up early and got to the sand pits (major riding area where i live) and my dad let me shoot his 22 which was awesome and we stayed at the sand pits for about 5 hours..and now im tired

just about broke my wrist and inner eardrums when i was 14 and shot my dad's .357 , now THAT made me want to take a nap

haha i know what you mean, my dad has a colt .357 magnum and the first time i shot it i was about 7 or 8 (yes he helped me) and it had .38's in it.....and i had ear plugs in, but i was amazed! And i never even had a curiosity towards it, unless we were out shooting and it was ok. I guess it was a weird way of gun safety ? I love shooting it now though.....put some hallow point .357s in it ;) the hard part is trying to shoot it accurately with one hand cause its so heavy!
