whad did u use to polish that, and how did u get it that shinny?

polishing compounds, sand paper..and lots of patience

what different compounds do you use, i polished my hmf the other day for like 2.5 hours, going through 220, 400, 800, and 1000 grit paper, then polished w/white compound(only thing my wheel came with) and finally eagle one polish. it looks pretty nice and all, but i can still see a lot of small scratches. what would you suggest i do to get it lookin better?

use a brown compound called tripooli on a harder wheel, that will get 99% of the scratches out
