Texas Roll Call (GNCC) Gilmer Tx.

Alright who all is going to be at Gilmer Texas this year for the opening round of the GNCC series!
I should be there with 5 or 6 other races, and a bunch of family!!!

I will be there but I only live about 30 minutes from Barnwell Mountain (place where the race is), heck my inlaws only live a mile or so from it.

Any rate I hope my son does better than last year (DNF). He was in C 16 to ??? and got a bad start. Worked his way up to fifth on the first lap and then some guy on a Kawi 400 bailed off his quad going up a hill in front of him. The guy's quad flipped end over end back into my son and broke my son's keyswitch off.....

We're hoping to be there. Just waiting for someone to get back from the GNCC banquet with the info on which races they will be having the youth quad classes at. Hoping they start the season off right by having kids at Gilmer.

i'm ganna try to be there. I think my dad is ganna take my frame some where this week to get it powder coated! and the motor work should be done by x mas. I am gettin the shocks redone for a x mas gift so I hope I will have most of the winter rebuild done by x mas. I should have all the winter rebuild done by gilmer but I might not have the money and I don't know if I have a ride.

its not faster than my 300 yet, but handling is pretty close and the blaster is alot more fun to ride

just the way the two stroke runs, its alot of fun. it is also lighter than the 300 so even a little guy like me can throw it around alot easier

Im should be there also! If i can hit at least 10 races, I FEEL i should be able to finish in the top ten! Just depends, seemed like last year i had big problems every GNCC i hit! I.E. Lorreta Lynns on the 2nd lap, I hit a tree coming off of the water breaks on a downhill, I got up and fliped my quad over, before anyone made it around me, and (CLICK) dead battery. I was already at the bottom of the hill, so i had to push start it by myself!!!

So the first lap i was running in 7th place, Then after my 2nd lap i was down to 44th, and then back up 31st! for my finish! Ill do better this coming year!

Yea I'm staying in C. I had some good races towards the end of the season, just bad luck too.:ermm: I'm practicing pretty hard over the winter here. All I have is a recon right now, but if I can go hard on that it will be easier on my dale. The dale motor should be back in a couple weeks so then I can get some serious practice. That and wait for some deer hunters to get out of the woods. I don't know if my buddy is going to TX or not so I may look for ya to pit with.
