ok, well my cr80 motor just took a crap about a month ago, i worked and got all the parts, rebuilt it and everything, i take it out for 2 MINUTES! and it just dies on me, i wasnt even going fast!, i was in 2nd just putting around, i bring it back to the house, check the plug, its wet as hell, i go to take a compression test, it wont kick over now, on top of that bs, i had a water pump gasket go bad yesterday and it puked anti freeze everywhere! so now i have to rebuild it once again!! another months work :mad: :cuss: :cuss: :grr: i have the worst luck ever i swear!

sorry had to vent :(

well i took it all apart and found that the clip came off and it took some nice chunks out of my cylider and piston, had to pull it out of my bottom end :( so looks like i have to get all new stuff

I remember the same thing happening to me on my 82 yz80,I was about 12-13... I was bummed too

I learned my lesson tho...never re-use circlips!, not sure if you did or not, but that was my deal:( :o :( :mad:
