How much oil in 300ex during filter change?

I don't have a service manual or owners manual for the 300 I just picked up so can someone tell me how much oil the 300ex holds when I change the oil and filter?

1.75 quarts the manual says 1.6 put it takes a little bit more

so 1.75

i just checked my manual,

honda gn-4 or whatever it is

10w-40 1.69 US quarts

ya but it always needs a little more

im telling you dude, don't put 1.75 in, put the recommended amount in 1.69, then add if neccesary and always check after you add

it is always easier to put more in than to take it out
