i have a tc pipe and i love it. i used to have an hmf pipe and the difference is awesome. go with tc.

Is the sound obnoxiously loud. I have an HMF now, and it is awesome, i have just heard that for MX racing, TC is the best. When practicing i use my stocker and for racing i use my HMF, and would do the same if i bought a TC.
So at this point, i am trying to decide whether to get the TC or the Curtis Sparks, most likely will be getting the TC. Is the TC an arm ripper?

so what do u do change pipes before the race every time or do u have another quad? i would keep one on if ur racing so when u pratice u know the power u have in the race. and u can pratice ur starts with the race pipe on. the tc pipe to me is great. with the hmf i had i really had to give it some gas coming up to jumps because the power kicks in around i think 7 or 8000 rpm while the tc kicks in around 3000 rpm. i notice a difference when coming to jumps i don't have to give it all the gas like i did with the hmf. it is louder but the difference in power is awesome. but if u do get a tc pipe u have to change the front sprocket to a 15 if u want the power to be great. my friend has a sparks pipe and i can tell u when we were racing i can tell i had more power down low but his top end was better. but on a track u want that low end power. if u need a place to get them let me know b/c i have someone who sells them at a good price. alright hope this helps.

i htink 350-450,but they are insanely loud,i heard numerous times 125db's at idle and 140 db's wide open,but i know it sure is a hella lot louder then a sparks

why the hell is it so much?its 3 inchs of silencer and 15 inches of headpipe:p

it use to be less than 300 for one for a 400ex, and you cut your stock header some

u can get them at dfr ask for rudy. i got mine for 480 .
