Hey do a search there is about 100 posts on this, the 300 is a little bit easier than the 400 but same type of problems. Mine came out easy but it was only a 1 1/2 years old. There is all kinds of solutions, hope you don't have to use any!!!;)

When I finally got mine out, I cleaned it up really nice with a grinding wheel, then polished it and put a whole crap load of anti-sieze on it.

Place the nut back on the threads backwards, put a piece of wood over it and smack the crap outa' it with an extremly large hammer. Maybe try soaking it with penetrating oil first. After you get the threads flush with the frame you'll have to find a very large drift. I used a broken shift lever off a John Deere tractor. It worked!

wiggle your swingarm as well while doing that. try to get some flow going with it.
