i have a nextel....great phone if you dont mind getting sevice one minute and none the next minute will your sitting in the same spot...the connection SUCKS and pretty much all my calls consist of hello? hello? hello? helllllllo? then hang up...and once and a while you have a good wakie talkie convo until its breaks up and doesnt come thru anymore.....yeah great phone:rolleyes:

i got a nokia and i like it...service of any company depends onw here you are some companies have good service in one spot and bad in another and its the opposite for other companies

You have to find out what works good in your area. Out by me, Nextel is the only service that you can get...Verizon, ATT, Cingular, etc get little to NO service...Just depends on your area. G/L:) BTW, I have an i530, and I love it...dropped it a buncha times and no problems whatsoever:cool:

yeah i guess service sucks up here...but nextels are durabul ive droped mine down the stairs and everything no probelms

I've got a rubber coated Nextel...the thing is indestructible...Ive dropped it through the hay holes in our barn loft and nothing has happened to it...its waterproof, too. The service is great, its reliable, and i love direct connect...helps me stay in toch with my workers easily.

I switched from verizon...man they pissed me off. I got billed randomly for stupid things - like one month they decided my nights and weekends werent free anymore. Last time i'll ever use them again

sometimes the connection will piss me off, but i like my free incoming calls and free walkie talkie and no roaming or long distance......i had verizon and they screwed me over big time.... they had me in roaming in my own city :confused:

we have alltel now and was thinking of switching to verison but I am not sure know I don't want to hassle with the overcharges, we currently have a motorola phone

my old Nokia worked the best, but I had to get another phone because Cingular wouldn't give me free nationwide roaming unless I did. (I guess because of the GSM technology in the new phones)

I have verizon...i have the kyocera slider...they don't sell em anymore but i really like mine alot i think its great....its been through alot of beatings too...:devil:

has your 860 gone bazerk yet? Alot of them are getting software upgrades because they are realy glitchy. If your noticing alot of delay on things like changing the volume and everything id suggest you go to your nextel store and get the update.


I wanna get the i830 cause i dont think to highly of the i860. I dont need the camera and ****.
