People with full frame skid plates

Hi I'm thinking of getting a frame skid plate for my 250R.

And I was wondering how you put them on? Do you need to put holes into the frame or what?

they usually come with clamps

mine has clamps that go around the frame

no holes are required for mounting chassis skids... I have found that the AC skid is the best kind because it wraps around the front of the frame and catches objects instead of ramming the front of your frame. Theyre all good for protecting the bottom, but many of them like the pro armor and DG and whatnot, end right at the front end of the frame...
