Well thats undeniable but the name exriders was getting old expecially with the 450r out.

Now if you were in harlens shoes would you make it Someting jusst for 450rs(the new name) or try to include everyone?

yeah, EXridider will be missed, but i'd say it was for the better because face it, this hasnt been a die hard honda site since the cannondales started showing up.

EXtremeriders may have been a little more fitting just to keep the EXriders roots, but whatever works. it looks good enuff i ddnt even notice it until pappy pointed it out. i think you should have kept quiet about it and seen how long it took somebody to notice!lol

well, i will miss Exriders, BUT i know atvriders is for the better, and it isnt that bad anyway :) How long will "exriders" shirts be available ?

Also will there be atvriders shirts ?

It is disappointing to be accused of being a sellout, but change affects people in different ways, so I am not surprised.

As far as stickers & shirts, there won’t be any big changes to the design of the stickers or shirts. I plan on designing them to look almost identical to the EXriders.com shirts just with the couple of letters changed. From a distance, you might not even notice the change in the logo. Also, the stickers are going to look the same as the EXriders.com, just with ATV replacing the EX. The look and feel will be identical.

I don’t want people to feel like they have to get new stickers or shirts to show their support for the site. Both names will always work for the site as long as I am in charge.

One main reason for the name change was actually because many people would come up to me and say “EX – riders.com.” followed by, is that a site for retired riders or people who don’t ride anymore.” Even announcers call it EX- riders.com and not E – X – Riders.com.

The name ATVriders.com will take away any confusion about the type of members on the site, and I feel that I have made the right decision for the future of the site. I may not always be right, but I am never in doubt :D So far, I think my decision have been for the best for the site and the ATV industry, and I would appericiate your continued support.

Thanks to everyone for making this site such an awesome place.
