what cam !!!

I am looking to buy a cam for my bike. I am looking at a hotcam stage 2. Is this a good choice? What do you all recommend. I ride just about everything( desert, trails, and dunes ).

im lookin at the 2004 crf450 cam for mine...i guess it has a good low end to mid boost that pulls to the top...ill prolly be buyin that 1 for sure :macho

Ya the 02 or 04 Crf cam are the same thing that Sparks is selling as their aggresive cam.
Go to JH Racing and save about $40.00. He sells all factory Honda parts for CHEAP :)
