I swear by this setup, bes thing I have used so far, and I have used many a front end. :D a little pricey but you can save some dough by opting out of the rebound adjust front end. You will rarely use it anyhow.

No you don't have too, but I needed a progressively stiffer valving so yes I did revalve mine, helps alot when you can do it yourself. I would try it and see how you like it first. I run a ride height around 7 1/2 inches with the front about 1/4" higher.
