I went from stock 400ex rear tires to the 6-ply 20" Kenda Klaws and did not notice any power loss at all. I ride pretty much the same conditions as you and I love them. If your ridin' woods why not go 6-ply?

He is right, 6ply doesnt hurt anything, the road are really really bad on your front tires really! If your buying tire for the rear, I used to ride alot of roads on my old yamaha moto4, and i had a set of strykers from Super Wal-mart, and they lasted me years!!!!!
Kendas are also good tires for the $!!!!!!

Just be carfull on the roads!

no they have good wear but the ITP are a little better and are cheeper then the razrs. most of the time they are over priced so i think the ITP would be your best bet.

The kendas are the best value, in my opinion. Just ordered a full set of the 6 ply klaws for the rear and the xc klaw fronts yesterday. The reversible tread pattern is really nice and they resist wear really well.

no need to start multiple threads on the same subject, though.
