alright, i got around 700 bucks to spend on what ever i want and i want to hear some of your opinions on what i should buy for the quad. i want to set it up for mx racing. just play racing with friends. i want to be able to smoke them easier then i already do. give me all your thoughts...later

You could get the PIpe and axle in your info if you same a little more. Or some a-arms for those shocks.

i got some +2 laeger a-arms to go with those ohlins shocks....great shape, not been used much at all, powdercoated red, comes with tie rods, ball joints, all the works to be extended out in the front....with these u will be able outhandle all those other guys........

Well if he doesn`t have Shocks anymore I would get Elka Front Shocks and a Rear Rebuild. You will need $300 more Dollars though.

ya. i havent updated it yet sorry. i wasnt really impressed with the ohlins for the amount of quality they are talked up to be. maybe it was me but they werent that great. would wroks triple rates with or without rezzies work good for me with some extended arms? i do play racing on tracks with friends and some hard stuff but thats it. later

I think Works Tripe Rates with Rezzies would Work Great if you do not Race. Rico has nothing but Good Stuff to say about his and he Races Hard. I think the Works with Laeger A-Arms would Work Great.

wheres the cheapest place to get works? and i want to get a good set of used A-arms if i can. i want new ones but i dont know any brands that are under 450? do i need rezzies with the shocks? later

I think Marcums or the Quadshop could get you the Best Deal on Works. I would Check out those Laeger A-Arms. They sound like a Good Deal. I would get Rezzies. They let the Shocks perform better Longer.

yea..thats a splendid idea tommy and warriorman....get the 2 inch wider arms with the 1 inch forwards. and get regualr triple rate works with out rezzies and when i get another 150 bucks buy the rezzies.....do the shocks already have the mounts for them and everything...i just have to buy them and stick them on or what? later

I think you can have Rezzies put on Later. I would just Save the extra $150 now though.

the cheapest price ive found works triple rates with rezzies is 510 or something like that..thats alot of money compared to 320 or so without the rezzies...i dont know..help me make a decision.

i think its time for me to go to bed and sleep on it..my best thoughts come to my when im asleep. however, i wont be stacking stone for about 2 weeks cause i got tendonitis in my elbow from pitching in baseball along with some muscle strains and stuff. So i wont have to worry about buying anything till i sell stone which i need to stack more of. i cant even ride the EX...anyone wanna come keep it in good shape for me sicne i cant? later

naww i have stock back shock but i have adjusted it up..im a light person so i dont really need an aftermarket shock....

Man the only thing I would do is to Rebuild the Rear Shock to Limited Mass. What kind of Axle does it have? I would get a Laeger Swingarm and Steering Stem too. That is one Sweet 400EX.
