How much are these shocks worth???

I found some shocks that I'm interested in. They want $500.00 dollars for them. Do you think that is fair. What would you pay for them?
They are TCS shocks for a 400ex. Fronts are tripple rate with adjustable compression and remote rezzies. Rear is a rebuild of a stock 400ex shock and is dual rate with adjustable compression and rebound. For stock length a-arms and swing arm, and valved for a mx rider.

I would try to talk them down a little since you may need to revalve them to work properly for you. The price isn't too far off though. I would make sure to find out how old they are and when they were serviced last before buying.
