bike sold buy i got a problem i think im not sure if im gunna get scammed or not I dont see how i can but check out the email he sent me

Hey, i am an agent that have chains of clients and one of my client has made a quote on the type of ur item that was why i like to purchase it, my client can only raise a cashiers check as a mode of payment, and the cashiers check will include the shipper's charges and my commission as an agent. you are to cash the check at any cashing point in ur area then deduct the sales of ur item the left over is for the shippers charges and my commission as an agent, you will need to wire the excess fund to the shipper directly so that they can come for the pickup of the item from ur place, this is the way we have been dealing with all the sellers and they have been very faithfull. Will you be able to wire the excess funds immediately you recieve the check?because a cashiers check is honour and cashable same day it is received. So if you agree to this terms of payment then forward ur contact address where you want my client send the check. so you can contact on my phone 2348028554567. best regard

It is money laundering..I get contacted all the time by all different countries asking me to do stuff like this..I had someone from africa telling me they wanted to put 68 million into my checking account and I has the send them back 64 million and I could keep 4 million..as tempting as it was I had to say NO because the feds are all of this kind of stuff..They will always offer you more than you are asking and ask that you send them back money because once the money comes back to them it is clean money..IT IS A SCAM and highly illegal..do not even think about following through with it..you will be sorry..

WOW!! that sucks. My ex was stolen a little over 2 years ago,and I never found it.Any way the email that was sent to you about buying it is a scam. They have sent me 3 differnt ones that are all the same way. What happens is you get a check, you cash it,then wire the founds to the shipping company, they ship it.When the check comes back bad you are liable for it.Not only are you out your bike, but you paid to have it shipped, and you have to pay the bank back for the bad check.any time you get an email like that you should tell them to pissoff and not to bother with another email about it.If they do buy somthing with bin then tell them to send the check.when you get it turn it with all the emails from the guy over to the law and let them handle it.they might be able to track him down.A friend of mine has a wife that works in a bank.she said that most of these scamers are in the states, and not even over seas like you would think.Good luck finding your bike.
