do a search, plenty of threads ask this but since im here i will tell you

First you need a host like

www.imageshack.us or www.imagestation.com you use the link from the host and click on the "IMG" button when posting a thread or reply, and paste the link..... it will look something like this ]IMG]www.quadpic.com/mypic.jpg]/IMG] but the brackets will be like [ ] and then when you post it, it will show the picture

You have to put the link between and or you can just click the IMG button and paste the address and press ok and it will do it for you
