400ex Cylinder and Ross 86mm piston w/pics

This is a cylinder out of a 2004 400ex that has been bead blasted and freshly bored out for the 406 piston, it has not been used since the bore and cleaning. The studs were installed with high temp Loc-tite and torqued to 40 ft./lbs. It is in very good condition and was bored with .002" clearance for the piston. The piston is a 86mm Ross racing piston that has about 5 hours of use on it and it is in good condtion.
