I have a 400ex, elka econo fronts, I and thinking of getting a set of 3+ std. travel a-arms. At the moment I have them setup for woods and motorcross 150lb weight. I just talked to a guy on the phone about how much it'd cost me to get a revalve for the same everything except bump up my weight about 15lbs, he said for the revalve 135$ plus I'd most likly need new main springs, 50$. Does this sound right? is there any place cheaper? thanks-darren

I paid roughly $250 for my two front elkas to be revalved and this included new springs. Thats Canadian though.

The price is in the ball park but make sure he is Elka factory trained to work on their shocks. That is the only way he will have the valving charts from Elka to get them right.
