83' Honda CR80

Ok well I bought this bike with intentions to restore/fix it up. It needs new tires & handle grips since they are dry rotted. The bike also needs a good tune-up/carb cleaning, & possibly a clutch. It does run, I rode it a couple of times but it seems to "slip" out of gear when shifting from 3rd to 4th. It has always been garage kept. I just dont have the time or money to fix it up. This is a great project bike & is in very good condition being that it's an 83'. I bought it for $400 over the summer. I want to try & get close to $375, although I am open to reasonable offers. I really would'nt know how to do that. I'm not that good at working on bikes, plus it would be too much of a pita since I would have to build a small crate for it.
