What kind of pipe does tim farr have on his 450r?

DG pays him to run their stickers so the common folk sees it in the magazine and goes and buys the DG junk. Smart move on DG's part. they dont have to R&D a good pipe, but they get the benefits of having the sales of a "winning" pipe. Its a baldwin which from what I have seen is nearly identical to an HMF, which is nearly identical to an Albla. So take your pick.

he has two pipes, 1 is a curtis sparks but it's a different pipe from what you buy and he has a pipe thats made by honda

yeah tim runs a sparks pipe with a DG sticker on it. if you look at a k&k brochure(spelling) they have the older sparks pipes in their the same as tim runs on his 450r.

oh i just remembered that i got some shots of him earllierl this year in may at the muddy creek race. the first shot i got off the i internet somewhere don't remember but you can clearly see that he has an older sparks pipe with a DG sticker on it.

It's a Sparks pipe.. but he has the big-core in it. I ordered a big-core for mine at $85 and installed it in 20 minutes. 3 pop rivots and it's in. It's about 1/4 inch bigger all the way through. Louder too.

Don't have a picture. New end cap doesn't curve down as much as old end cap. It's a $30 option with new pipe or $85 for stuff to refit older pipe. You get new core, packing (in a nice pouch to wrap around core) and 3 rivots. Makes a difference on modified engine.

i jus bought that a few days ago...commin with a bunch of other parts next week sometime :macho

I have heard about this "Big Core" I know it goes on the 450 but do they make one for the raptor? It sounds real cool. but will it fit the raptor?

the rossier is deffinately sweet! it got me my results this summer at the tts!:devil:
