the buzzing sound was coming from the little cylinder shpe thing right in front of the battery... is this the starter or ignition?

that thing is you starter relay.
is the battery charged good?
make sure the connections to it are tight and that the fuse isnt blown, then try to start it, if it still doesnt do anything then
turn the key on and take a screw driver and touch the two contacts on the relay there and see if it turns over.
if it does then the relay might have gone out in it.

I'd say either battery or starter

it should be either in the relay or right there by it in line with the red hot wire.
its probably not the fuse since it was clicking but it good to check it anyway.
im almost sure you either have a weak battery or a bad connection at the battery or relay switch, or the relay has gone out. that is usually always the cause of the clicking noise.

its the battery
tighten where screws that lead to the batery and it will fire up

i had this same problem on my last 400. after about 2 days of sitting it would make a buzzing noise when i tried to start it. after many months of charging the battery and trying to find the problem i got a new battery and then it started right up.

no where the battery cable grounds on the frame.
