headlight help

I recently removed my headlights ,and put on a hood.I am wondering if I can go to wal mart,or somewhere and buy a set of driving lights,and use them safely,without ruining my electrical system?I plan to mount them on the upper shock bolts with custom brackets.What will the maximum safe wattage be on the lights?Also,when they say 35 watts on the lights,is that for 1 light,or for the pair?Thanx in advance.

Per light. Stock Stator can do about 100 watts.

Those cheapo's from the stores work like crap... spend the cash on the trail tech or lazr lites.

No ....I'm sorry,I done sold it.Check ebay or Zcentral,as you may have better luck.Good luck tho.
