I've heard you have to bore the case halves with the powroll kit. I know if you get it through 4-stroke tech you don't have to.

I have a pro- fab atv 295cc big bore sleeve, you should not have to bore the cases on this sleeve, If you are interested i have it and it has never been installed, The reason it hasn't is because Scott at pro-fab atv sent me out the wrong size sleeve at first but then corrected that and sent me a new sleeve, but my mechanic in that time went ahead and just got an L.A sleeve and saved me the trouble of waiting for Scott.
