hey im new to sport quads.. and im noticing my rear end keeps popping up.. i need to know how to make my rear shock softer so that doesnt happen so much.. how do i do this?

slow the rebound adjuster down about 5 click and see if that helps.

alright thanks but i dont know where or how to do this.. .sorry i think i need a step by step instruction here... any help at all would be appreciated

There is a flat blade screw at the bottom of the shock, turn it clockwise about 5 clicks. It also explains this in your owners manual.

I need to see if I can soften my whole suspension up, mine rides rOuGh, way rougher than any dirt bike i'v ridden, I don't know if the shocks have ever been rebuilt or anything for a different rider or if their stock, the whole quad is almost stock so I suspect its stock, might just lighten the pre-load a bit.

It's on the bottom of the shock where it attaches to the linkage. It's on the left side of the quad (shifter side). It doesn't have clicks, so about a half turn clockwise should fix your problem.
