i sponsor several riders, local and pro.

i try to help everyone out by pricing alot of stuff to where it just covers my cost so that way they get stuff done at a great price.

so you wouldnt sponsor someone like me in NJ?

Pappy

the only people i fully sponsor are usually pro riders. i help out anyone i can but i do this as a hobby and cant afford to work for free:(

i usually cut the prices so close that any further discounts would have me losing money and i have enough hobbies that i lose money on:D

so its more of a support thing?

Pappy

yeah i geuss you could say that.

the pro riders and shops i deal with work with me so i help them out. the pro riders i do work for dont expect free stuff but its self gratifying when i see them win or place well knowing my work is on thier quad.

ive also on occasion done parts for average joe's that just needed help. i just enjoy doing this type of work and help whoever i can. some people have no access to anyone or anyplace that coats so im the easiest option. ive suggested many times to seek a local shop because they are constantly looking for a fairly cheap way of advertising thier work.

Yeah i guess ur right its just that everyone wants to go to u since they know that if they send something to you that it will come back in excellent condition. People are afraid of seeing a result from a local shop that is piss-poor.

If you were to support someone how much would it cost to powdercoat the frame/subframe? I would definitely be interested its just up to you and i just curious because i know you do good work. My frame is starting to look really bad and I'm kinda on a tight budget for the winter.

frame and sub are $150 to $225 depending on the color.

i am by no means perfect but i do my best:p thanks for the kind words.

yes but i refuse to shoot it. its horrible. when used over a real chrome or billet base its not bad but is too unpredictable to use so i just dont shoot it:p

hahah thats another thing i dont do is pick colors. ill gladly speak up if i think a certain color is not suitable but afterall its your quad and you should design it.

i went with gun metal grey with my black fenders. its a neutral color that looks ultra clean but doesnt stand out until you get close to the quad.

i like translucent blue with most color fenders, but if you have a 300ex it just doesnt have the same effect on square tubing.and if you race alot, you will want to pick a color that can easily be touched up especially if you crack a frame or something.

pick your favorite colors and get a scheme in your head and run with it!

Pappy did my KX frame in Gunmetal and all I can say is....Sweet!

I do not think you can find anyone to do it any better, especially at his very reasonable prices!
