My 250r is in need of rear hubs. A set of rear Hipers with the integrated hub would kill two birds with one stone, right? Or am i misunderstading the whole "integrated hub" deal?

That is correct, I ran a set for a season and then sold the bike. They seem to hold up well for me....

The Hipers with hubs only come in an 8" wheel so if you ride woods then that is not the best choice.
