shave the fenders and change the handle bars and maybe different tirs and then ur 400 will look awesome

remove the choke my not make u look fast but it will give ya more power

I have heard this from many people, but I guess I just dont understand it..what makes it creates more power?? Would it be worth the work? Thanks

the choke plate there causes air flow restrition...and by taking it out increases air flow in return make a little bit more power with the proper jettiing

what did u do to cut ur plastic like that i got some old stock plastic i am goin to try to do that

You can paint or polish some stuff...

motor mounts
exhaust heat guard
brake res. cover
calipers
chain guard

or whatever you can think of

Its dark now but if I can I will put up some pictures of mine as an ex.

Just mesure and mask the area with tap ( to make straigh lines ) then that a sharp razor blade knife and cut along the lines. don't try to rush it. take you time and cut just a little at a time. it could take 10-15 pass to cut tru. then cut the shape you want from a spare peice of plastic. then sodder (sp) it on the sides. you should soder from the underneat of the fender so you don't see the mess.

You could even put some chrome mesh grill behind that opening and make it look pretty trick

Here's some pictures to give you an idea. My polishing didn't come out as shiny as I thought but I still think it looks good. And PLEASE over look my dirty quad, its been raining alot here lately and I aint had a chance to wash it...

This is a swivel hose. Not a must, but keeps your hose from getting all twisted up in the stem. I like it and its cheap!

Parking brake block-off. I think this thing makes a world of difference in looks in the back rather than that big ugly PB. Cheap too and takes off weight...
