depends on the rider.

stock for stock a 250R should pull a 400ex if the riders are equal in a 300 foot drag. with mods, it really will depend on the rider and the length of the race, track type and ofcourse set up. i have watched near stock 400ex's beat prepped 250r's but it was the rider...not the machine that won.
