whats the best manual

hey guys im almost positive i will be stripping my 400ex down to the frame this winter to give it a fresh new por-15 job. i want to know what is the best maunual to buy that would help most in taking the quad apart. i know the basics of the quad but i know i will probably run into a few problems so a good manual would be a major help. anything with some good pictures or in depth explanations would be great
