We joke with each other about it but the fact of the matter is we've got to go through some passwords, look up the persons name, make sure we don't accidentally ban someone with a similar name and then finally hit the ban button. Then once we hit that they ask us again if we're sure. It's just easier if everyone would follow the rules and not make trouble :)
