Is this guy legit? I won a 450r hood off ebay 11/03/04 and called him twice,only to get excuses. It's been 16 days and i'm not happy.I called him on the 11th and he said he had no idea about it???????? said he would check and call the next day.He didn't so i did,then all off a sudden he said he was finishing it that day and it was going out the 12th it's now the 19th.
I guess i'll try calling and getting my money back today, but i have a feeling i got screwed.:mad:

Ya just think the guy is flakey. Have read a few posts about his bad customer service :( Seems like a pretty nice product.

my dealings with him have been ok.

its the same story..small business with no help and they get behind quickly. but i agree, returning calls or emails is a huge priority and should be done immediately.

I had a similar experience with Feather. After winning the auction I e-mailed him but got no response. After a week or so I left another e-mail(getting a little angry). One day out of the blue I received my hood. The product looks great but his customer service is non existent.

Well finally received it 11/26/03.Looks good.Is all carbon fiber thin?Just wondering,i never had it before and this is like paper.
