05' EX to a 01' EX tailight swap...?

Seen the 05' ex's taillight and I was wondering if you can put a 05' model tailight on a 01' 400ex??

Anybody done this??

From what I've heard, the 05 400 uses the same LED tail as the 450R.. Check the plug, it should work.

ive seen a 450r one put on a 400ex, and im pretty sure they are both the same LED lights

Are the 450r tail lights the same as the 05' 400ex??:confused:

Reason for asking this question is I like the new LED ones better than the old 400ex style:cool:

i just know for a fact that the 05 400ex tail lights are bright as shizz after playin with them at the dealer
