Dell Digital Jukebox?

Ive had this thing fo almost a year now and i stil cant figure out how to download from it to the computer i have the software and everything but i have yet tofind a way.

If anyone has one these and has sugestions they would be greatly appreciated.

I have one. are you looking to download stuff from the Mp3 to the computer or put information on it from the computer?

i dont think it is possible to put mp2's onto the computer from it. there is a way, but you have to corrupt it in some way and it voids the warrenty... thats how it is for ipods atleast
