country fried steak or meatloaf or turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans...with sweet tea of course.

Then there's always steak and a baked potato.

You can't have Brown gravy and Country Fried Steak it just aint right. It supposed 2 be white with that but with Turkey you gotta have the homemade turkey gravy! thats the good stuff:blah:

no man you gotta try fried steak with brown gravy...its soooo good. White gravy is ok, but its just too darn bad for you.

And yeah turkey gravy is awesome.

Spagetti and garlic bread is mine. When I have the munchies I like those pizza rolls, easy to make.

polenta and chicken
shrimp scallop and crab meat alfredo over tortellini(cheese torts)
arnoldos sausage
pork cassarole milano
fondu (made my way)
beef stroganoff
filet mignon
meat loaf
chi9cken legs and noodles made very spicy with hobenero pepper

i make all my own food and im an excellent cook so these are some of my favs.

usually they are made from skate which are sea rays
sometimes you get real scallops but usually if you go out to eat and order sea scallops they are skate

Bluefin yes I think it was more in the 900# class but it was still a remarkable catch. That is a 60# bluefin in that picture. I have caught them up to 180# on stand up gear. The fight of a lifetime....3 hours... I was sore for a week after that one.
