Floor wax on plastic?

Ok ive done a search about using floor wax to shine your plastics and i have bought some future acrylic floor wax and applied one coat and it looks pretty good and filled in the light scratches my next question is how long should i wait till i apply a second coat?

ok ive applied like 4 coats and its starting to look pretty good, is there such a thing as doing too much? also could i put something like armor all on top of this?
