taking stock slip on off, have problems, please help

im trying to take my stock slip on off to install my yoshi, but cant get it off at the part where the header and slipon come together. Seems rusted, or is it just that tight? Any advice??

could be rusted if you can get some wd40 sprayed inbetween the to that might help I know sometimes we have to use a rubber mallet and drive the silencer off the headpipe.

i think i wiggled/turned mine form side to side and it came right off

Same here. Then I put on a Yoshimura slip on exhaust, I love it
