Overbore for 440

I've been having some odd sounds lately and afraid it'll be time for another topend rebuild. Just wondering if I can bore my cylinder on this sleeve bigger? I've heard 460 and 465 but it that with a new sleeve. I don't want to stroke it, just an overbore.

You can go up to a 92 mm piston (465) with a larger sleeve. You will need to have the cases bored to accept the new sleeve tough.

Can I bore my current sleeve out at all? I don't want to split the cases.

I think 89.5 is about the biggest you can go on a 440 sleeve. I'm not positive on that so you may want to check with someone who knows a little more.
