which cam do i need

i have a 440 with a stock cam i was wordering would i need a hotcam stage 1 or stage 2 and what is the difference

stage 2 the stage 1 is for 400 to 426 and stage 2 is for 416 and up

I would recommend the stg 2.

stage 1 will give you more low-mid power where the stage 2 will give you more mid-high. I like the stage 2 for MX but the stage 1 might be better for XC or trail riding.
