installing gradon nerfs??

i just picked up a set of used graydon bars and i think i might be missing a piece. how do the bars mount to the front of the frame. i have the piece that connects the bars and two long bolts and nuts is there a piece that goes under the frame that like squeezes it onto the bike frame or am i just an idiot and missing how to put them on??? also the bars have two bolts to bolt on to the pegs but the pegs only have one hole do i have to drill another one?? thanks guys

I put a set on a few weeks ago and you need to drill two holes in each foot peg to mount the rear of the nerfbars. The part that holds the front on is a polished tube with a flange on one side. There should be two slots in the flange. You should have two U bolts to mount this part to the frame. Check out this link for installation instructions.
