05 400ex handle bars

hey everyone, a few weeks ago i posted a thread about getting a new Z 400 or a 400ex. well i bought a 400ex and im not disapointed. its a very fun quad. well i wanna put new handle bars on it but i dont no what to do with the key, and the neutral and reverse lights. should i relocate them somewhere? i thought moose racing came out with like a handle bar clamp with like the neutral and reverse lights. but i saw that on a z 400. also, is there any fav handle bar bends your guys like?

I have Renthal 400ex bend, and they are awsome. Just get regular 7/8 bars, and you won't need a new clamp. Just leave the key and neutral light where they are at. BTW the stuff you typed in....go into your user control panel, and to your profile and put it in your sig. instead of typing it in everytime...

is the 2005 400ex dashboard thing with the light different then the 400ex's? like does it have that stupid thing going over the handlebars with the lights in it?

hmm im thinkin that the new '05's have the key on the handlebars guys?

ye the 05s have the key and nuetral light on a piece of plastic on the handlebars. i just rode one yesterday.

yeah the 05's have the key switch and neutral and reverse lights above the handle bars. would that piece fit in between 400ex bend Renthal or Tag bars?

Drill 2 holes in your gas tank cover and put them there. Same thing you do to a 300ex when you get aftermarket bars;)
