114 octane...
I am running a 195 jet with the set up in my signature. Does anyone think i need to go to a bigger jet with the piston?

Does that MOFO just rip now? From all I have been told and read the piston is a insane difference.

Ive not got on it all the way yet, because I broke a valve cover bolt on reinstall, by the way if you do do this mod, do not go by the torque settings in the honda service manual, the are wrong trust me... Plus i'm taking my time and getting it broke in right... I rode it just a little bit yesterday until it started leaking oil from the cover, but when I did push the gas a little bit, it was insane... My new bolts will be in wensday, I'm going to put them on, change my oil, and ride the hell out of it, then I will let you know its full potential...

What do you think the torque settings should be then if not right in the service manual?

It says to torque them to 7 ft-lbs, i would go no further than 4 to 5 ft-lbs... My buddy was tightening the short bolt after we had already broke the lone one, he was using the smallest ratchet we have, using like 2 fingers and it broke... Also when reinstalling the cam holder look very close at the 4 bolts, 2 of them are just a little bit longer than the other 2, they go in the front of the cam holder....

I'm running a 180 Dynojet main in my quad (I have the same piston) but we've just been putting a 185 main jet in the TRXs w/ that piston and cam. Runs great and plug looks fine....jetting was perfect on the dyno too. You might even be a little rich depending on your elevation though....just a thought.

I'd look at your plug first with the 195 main, see what it looks like. If its somewhat black, go down to a 190 and check your plug again. Keep going down till it looks good. I have my air/fuel mix screw at 2.5 turns out....we've been doing 2 to 2.5 turns out on air/fuel mix screw.
